Participants will gain the necessary tools & training to help defend themselves both physical and mentally. Learn empowerment and safety with a professional instructor with years of experience. These classes help provide a foundation of self defense and situational awareness skills in a safe environment. Focus is on self defense that can be used no matter strength or ability
