Bristol Old Home Day
August 29th 2026
Join us for the Bristol Old Home Day Celebration on Saturday, August 29, for a full day of fun, community, and hometown tradition!
Start the morning with an Old Home Day Open House hosted by the local Masons from 8:00–10:00 AM at the Union Lodge Masonic Hall, 18 Pleasant Street.
Then head to Kelley Park from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM for food trucks, crafters, vendors, live music, games, a FREE climbing wall, and more. Bristol Community Services will also host a fashion show at 1:00 PM. The Newfound Classic Car Show will take place at the far end of Kelley Park from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, with registration from 8:00–10:00 AM. Enjoy a free photo booth from Lakes Region Mirror Me throughout the day!
Finish the evening with the TTCC’s Famous Lobster & Chicken Dinner from 5:30–7:00 PM. Tickets will be available at the Tapply-Thompson Community Center and at Kelley Park during the event while supplies last.
Old Home Day is a beloved Bristol tradition, and volunteers help make it unforgettable year after year. No special skills are needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to help! Volunteer opportunities include helping with popcorn and cotton candy, running games like Corn Hole or Flying Chickens, assisting with set up and clean up, and even golf cart drivers.
We’re also always looking for more fun, free, family-friendly activities. Have an idea for a game, attraction, or booth? Does your business or organization want to get involved? We’d love to collaborate and make this year’s celebration even more memorable for the community.
