Pilates is a fun and effective full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body control. This class focuses on controlled movements that strengthen and tone muscles while remaining gentle on the joints and supportive of bone health. Exercises can be modified to meet individual needs, making Pilates appropriate for participants of all fitness levels
