TTCC Youth Baseball & Softball Board – Volunteers Needed!
Help support our youth baseball, softball and T-ball programs!
TTCC is looking for volunteers to serve on our Youth Baseball & Softball Board for the upcoming term.
Our baseball, softball and T-ball programs are among TTCC’s largest programs, involving hundreds of local youth, families and volunteers. While TTCC staff oversee the programs, our volunteer board plays an important role in helping organize, support and manage the many details that go into making each season a success.
What Does the Board Do?
The board works alongside TTCC staff throughout the year to help support the league. Responsibilities include:
The board meets regularly throughout the year, typically once or twice a month leading up to the season, with additional meetings during the season as needed.

Elected Positions (2-year terms):
The Vice President, Secretary and Softball Representative positions are currently filled through 2027.
Appointed Positions (1-year terms):
Appointed positions are selected annually.

Interested in Getting Involved?
We welcome parents, family members and community members who are interested in helping support our youth baseball and softball programs!
Ballots will be distributed following the November 9 deadline, with votes due by Friday, November 20, 2026.
You don’t need to be an experienced coach or baseball/softball expert to contribute. We are looking for people who care about our local youth sports programs and are willing to lend a hand, share ideas and work together.
Our programs depend on volunteers, and this is a great opportunity to get more involved and help shape the future of TTCC Youth Baseball, Softball & T-Ball!

2026 LEAGUE DESCRIPTIONS
T-BALL
For ages 4, 5 & 6 (age determination for t-ball is age as of 5/1/26)
Cost is $50 / player – scholarships are available, just contact TTCC for info
T-Ball typically plays games on Saturday mornings and each team will have 1 weeknight practice in addition to the Saturday games. Practice night / location will vary per team and typically begin around 5:30 or 6pm and go for 1 hour. Practices are held at Kelley Park in Bristol mostly – some might be at BHVS (Bridgewater-Hebron Village School) or NHCS (New Hampton Community School).
Season runs from as soon as field are ready (typically mid-late April) until about the end of the school year (typically mid-late June).
SOFTBALL
Practice & game days, times & locations will vary per team. Season runs from as soon as fields are ready (typically mid-late April) until about the end of the school year (typically mid-late June). Softball teams typically have 1 or 2 practices during the week as well as 1 or 2 games per week during the season.
